We love 1 vs 100 and are extremely disappointed that it is no longer on the air. We really miss it and want it to come back.

There just seems to be so little commitment in the industry to anything these days. They are making downloading a attractive option.

Temptation is rating, yet it is being replaced by Millionaire (if what I have read is correct)- so is Temptaion being rested AGAIN or axed? Sure ER is not rating as highly as in its glory days, but they don't do their shows any favours with all this mucking around of timeslots and even which night a show is screened. It plays havoc with the viewing public who are trying to work out what to watch, tape and miss. The fact that shows are being pulled off air after 3-4 screenings is a cop out with "ratings" being cited as the ONLY reason. Who analyses WHY the ratings are down? Viewer confidence has to be at an all time low - why bother committing to a show if the network and the advertisers don't. Unfortunately the only shows we are guaranteed to be able to watch without repeats being thrown in or the season being cut short without warning, are the reality type shows: BB, Biggest Loser, Idol, Dancing with the Stars, It takes Two etc. Pirate Master and Teen Fit Camp are two notable exceptions.

In short: tv viewing is becoming too much like hard work!!

I love 1 vs. 100 and am extremely disappointed it has been taken off the air (MANY people I know feel the same way). I look forward to it's return in 2008!

Resting is not such a bad concept. The Rich List has had a break too without it being considered a defeat.

Certainly the idea of 1V100 and Millionaire together is dumb, glad Nine has seen the wisdom on that one.

ER numbers did drop last season before it was following Eddie, but it should not have been dropped entirely from schedule. A 10.30 slot wouldn't have been so bad...

May I suggest that the reason ER failed to attract bigger ratings was because viewers are tring of the Eddie Quiz Fest - having to sit through Eddie Hour before you can watch the quick paced ER may have been putting people to sleep.

But of course, we have to blame the other shows. RFDS resting already? Mmmm
