US Producers nominate their best

As the Awards season gears up, HBO and ABC dominated nominations announced by the Producers Guild of America Awards.

NBC attracted three nominations, and CBS, Fox, Bravo and Discovery Channel received two apiece. Showtime and Comedy Central each drew one nomination.

Nominees included Dexter, Deadliest Catch, Ugly Betty, Entourage, House, Grey’s Anatomy, The Amazing Race and 30 Rock, which is about to air in Australia on Seven.

The 19th annual awards ceremony will be held February 2.

  1. I have seen a few 30 Rock episodes, and I think it is pretty good.
    However it is a bit left of centre and will probably end up in the graveyard shift like great shows such as Curb, Scrubs, Arrested Dev and Mad TV.
