Kate Richie is trying to find something new, even though she is horrible at presenting and unscripted material. The sad thing is that playing the same role for twenty years earns you a typecast label, they’ll throw her around from show to show for a while then I reckon she’ll end up like all Aussie soap stars, over in the UK doing Pantos and guest spots.

I was reading the Stay In Touch section of the Sydney Morning Herald and it said that ironwoman Candice Falzon was one of the contestants on It Takes Two. Is this true?

seven need to brach out and get people from other networks on if they want these shows to survive.
they do it in the US so i dont see why they cant here.

I’m looking forward to its return. Its a pity about Kate though I think she really started settling in towards the end of last season.

Can’t wait to see the mentors, and its all good fun entertainment.

lol at the selection of “celebrities”. i haven’t heard of any of them except paul.
if this show wants to stay alive they should put some popular (or hated) celebrities. rove would be great.

Im sorry Neon Kitten, Chloe Maxwell isnt an actress, she hasnt done any acting since 2004 and that was in that dreadfull Under the Radar show where Steady Eddie had more on screen time than she did. The past 3-4 years she has been a presenter and model.
And can Kate Ritchie be even more over rated than she is now? We are so starving for celebrities in this country.

Oh dear, where are the celebs indeed! And what’s with Chloe Maxwell being listed as “presenter/mum”?? What drugs are these people on? She’s an *actor*. Like, in the movies and stuff. Or at least list her as the Jeans West Girl

Meanwhile I expect further wailing and gnashing of teeth from viewers and Herald Sun readers at Kate Ritchie leaving them yet again. Or something.

As much as I love Kate, I don’t think she was suited to the role in ITT. I’m relieved there will be some one else. Apart from Paul O’Brien, there’s not much in the “star” category though.
