OC star on Aussie holiday

The Victorian coastal town of Port Fairy is a long way from Orange County, but that’s just where a fan spotted Adam Brody.

“I didn’t (recognise) him straight away but after I served him I recognised him,” Ms Habel, a cafe waitress, told a local newspaper.

The O.C. fan said it was the actor’s laugh that confirmed his identity.

“I think it’s pretty cool. I rang all my friends afterwards and they were screaming.”

Brody is currently dating Aussie actress Teresa Palmer who he met on the set of superhero film Justice League Of America. The tiny town of Port Fairy on the south western coast of Victoria is near the Great Ocean Road.

“A few young people were getting autographs from him. He was really friendly and really nice,” said Ms. Habel, 18.

Brody was also spotted dining with Palmer in Potts Point, Sydney, on Saturday night.
