Rosie O’Donnell has just announced that she is working on a new TV program.
The announcement on her own blog said she was planning to appear in a new sitcom with good pal, Fran Drescher.
Drescher described the show as a “fun, happy, family comedy.”
O’Donnell infamously quit The View early last year after a string of on-air arguments with panellist Elisabeth Hasellbeck.
No word on how far along this sitcom is – just talks, pilot, network pickup.
