Not really Thomas, News, Current Affairs and Sports fall under different guidelines to drama etc regardless of the timezone. They may need to give a warning depending on how far they go.

Wouldn’t covering a story on a cannibal at a 7:30pm Sunday prime-time slot be considered a breach of television classification guidelines?

bah – for as long as I can remember, 60 Minutes has been (at best) a slightly less low-brow version of A Current Affair.

But then, people still watch that, too.
