Prison Break wins 4th series

FOX has given Prison Break another year of incarceration -or is that day release?

Nick Santora, writer and co-executive producer of Prison Break, has written on his blog, “So we got word on Wednesday that we are officially picked up by the network for Season 4. This is great news. We are all very excited.

“We are moving offices onto the Fox Studio Lot next week and we had to say goodbye to the offices that were our home for the past 3 years … not really that sad because, well, c’mon, it’s just a frickin’ building. But my new office is about half the size with just a tiny window which normally would suck except for one thing … I get to go to work everyday with people I love and respect and I get to be creative. So I don’t really give a rat’s ass what our new offices look like!

“For those of you who celebrate Easter, have a great one. I will be at my home having Easter dinner with family (visiting cousins) and friends (including Prison Break writer Kalinda Vazquez) — it should be a nice weekend leading into an even better week of diving head-first into Season 4! Best, Nick.”

In Australia Seven still has a handful of episodes to air, which are likely to remain on the shelf while the production clearly takes some time to resume.

I hope they wrap up the plot in the 4th season. They can only drag out the whole conspiracy story arc for so much longer.

Yes I hope they wrap it up in the 4th season. Funny, the only reason why I kept watching was to see the “Prison Break”!

Even though it got a little ridiculous in seasons 2 & 3, it’s still a fun and addictive ride.

It should have ended at the end of season 2 with the guys jumping on the yacht and sailing into the sunset!!

The Third Season storyline is just stupid….. How many possible times can these people “Escape” from jail.

How much do you want to bet that there will be some sort of jail featured in the Fourth Season

Fantastic!! It lost it in season 2 but gained it back in 3…hope 4 is just as good.

I wish Channel 7 would replay this show from the beginning before they start the new ones because I missed a few and now it hasn’t been on for a while, I simply don’t care anymore.

Did the last season even wrap up? Last I remember, Seven dropped it mid-arc.

This is great news. Let’s hope that Season 4 will be the last and that the last episode is a wrap-up of the plot.

Got something to say?
