Australia's got publicity

It's not often a network goes to the trouble of doing a photoshoot of one of its 'reality' contestants before they have made the finalists batch -but not every show has a woodchopper like Laurence O'Toole Jr. (yep that's his real name).

In his
first visit to Australia's Got Talent, O'Toole left judge Dannii Minogue speechless with delight.

Laurence has been woodchopping since he was 15 and is a third generation woodchopper, son of legendary World of Sport Champion, Laurence O'Toole (snr). He has won two world championships (2003 and 2007).

To see how she will react when he returns to Australia's Got Talent check out the Semi Final at 7:30pm on Tuesday 3 June on Seven.

They have woodchoppers on Australia's Got Talent? Wow! Well by the looks of the pic, I don't think he made it through for his woodmanship skills.
Are there any Female Gymnasts you can post a pic of Dave? You know, equal rights n all :)

(Is woodsmanship a real word?)

Does he actually chop wood on the show? I would think just standing there should do the trick.

The judging on that show is a joke and so inconsistent.
I'll stick to the UK version which is so much better.

For a second there I was almost considering watching the show just for a look at this hunk of man... but the thought of those Grant Denyer reaction shots turned me right off.

Hey Ben. How right are you about Grant? The Channel 7 Talent Department have really done a job on him. He has become an inane grinning hack who will always be remembered by me for his comment about being nominated as one of the so many sexy guys of some year by DNA magazine by saying "well I suppose THEY are viewers too". Gee thanks Grant.

In the mean time bring on Laurence!!
