Corey in the money

Corey Worthington is reportedly pocketing $10,000 an episode for Big Brother, which on top of his fees for an O2 ad in the UK, and royalties for his single are making him a tidy sum.

This has been reported by mainstream media today -the same media that built him into an ‘urban party boy’ to begin with.

Worthington’s agent Max Markson (My Kid’s a Star) would not confirm his star client’s net worth yesterday, stating that it falls ‘well short’ of the reported figure.

“But I will say he has done very, very well for himself over the past few months and I am very proud of him,” Markson said.

“This is only the beginning for him.”

Markson yesterday revealed he has also managed to snare Worthington a commercial deal in the United States which is expected to add to his considerable fortune.

“I think there are big things head for him as far as his recording career goes. And there are other plans ahead for him,” Markson said, adding that Worthington is also keen to turn his hand to a film career once he is booted from the Big Brother compound.

  1. I’m actually starting to think “good on him”. We (the media and the public” have made him in to a celebrity and now he is reaping the rewards.
