High School Musical 3: the poster

Disney released the poster for High School Musical 3: Senior Year this week.

The third in the franchise is a big screen movie.

In the plot, “seniors Troy and Gabriella struggle with the idea of being separated from one another as college approaches. Along with the rest of the Wildcats, they stage a spring musical to address their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.” Rivettin’ stuff, eh?

Three new students will join the cast — Matt Prokop, Justin Martin, and Jemma McKenzie-Brown. They will all play sophomore Wildcats.

Filming is set to begin in Utah, with a US release date slated for October 24, 2008.
