Mariah meets Ellen
Mariah Carey will give her first interview to Ellen DeGeneres since marrying US rapper Nick Cannon. The couple reportedly wed after the briefest of courtships.
Ellen said: “They’ve only been dating for six weeks, so this was definitely a whirlwind romance. I promise that we’ll get all the fantastic romantic details!”
Despite the short romance, the two had met as far back as 2005 at the Teen Choice Awards.
The interview appears at 12 midday Wednesday on Arena. On Thursday her guest is Barbara Walters.

Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) episode of THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW features diva MARIAH CAREY’s first television interview since she married rapper Nick Cannon in the Bahamas.

Then on Thursday’s show, Ellen’s guest will be legendary newswoman and THE VIEW’s producer and co-host BARBARA WALTERS, who has just released her autobiography Audition: A Memoir.
Ellen will be asking Barbara about Star Jones, Rosie O’Donnell and her personal life.
She said: “Of all the giants Barbara has interviewed over the years, her own life has been just as incredible - and I can’t wait to ask her about it … and maybe I can get her to cry the way she gets all the people she interviews to cry.”
