From The Sullivans to Cold Case

By David Knox on July 16, 2008 / Filed Under News 3

Tonight’s Cold Case features Aussie actor Damon Herriman as a nasty piece of work -worlds away from where he first started on The Sullivans.

More recently of course he appeared on Love My Way, and has also appeared on Stupid Stupid Man, Stingers, All Saints and Water Rats. Herriman also performed in an ep of The Unit last year.

He is one of many Aussie actors popping up in US dramas, many of whom are referenced in The Aussiewood List.

Paul Hodge from McLeod’s Daughters will also be seen in an ep of CSI:NY later this month. “Admissions” airs July 27 on Nine.

He certainly was a nasty piece of work! Was a great episode.

IMDb seems to be inconsistent with its date formatting, no doubt because records weren’t kept as accurately before the internet. For instance it lists Herriman in Cold Case 2008, not 2003 the year the series started. It does indicate him in The Sullivans 1976 but probably due to lack of info. Wikipedia suggests 1980 so I have amended. Cheers.

I hate to nit pick ( but I’m gonna anyway). The Sullivan’s started in 1976. Damon first appeared maybe half way through the series, so it would have been two years or so after 1976.
