N for N-lightenment
A debate about the “N” word drove The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck to tears this week.
Nonetheless, the debate is one of the reasons The View is frequently such good viewing. Hasselbeck’s pro-Republican opinions are well documented, including when she crossed swords with Rosie O’Donnell. Here, it’s Whoopi Goldberg who tells her why not all Americans live in “the same world.”

I can’t stand Elisabitch, but at least they have her on the panel to balance it out and represent the crazies. I can’t count the number of times she’s argued over something because she honestly believes that the whole world lives the same way she does, and it’s so irritating. Whoopi was a great replacement for Rosie, better even.
Actually Sherri Sheppard is the one to hate these days. She is a self-proclaimed fundamentalist christian, who once said on the show she believed the Earth was still FLAT.
