Bumped: Wipeout, Hole in the Wall.

By David Knox on September 29, 2008 / Filed Under Programming 19

Updated. Those big red balls that bounce contestants on Wipeout are about to bump the show itself.

Nine looks set to move the show from Tuesdays to Fridays soon.

The show will air at 7:30pm on Friday October 10th and Oct 17th, running just 30 minutes.

It will be followed by Hole in the Wall at 8pm. Both wacky shows are nearing the end of their current runs. A season finale of Wipeout indicates it features the Top 25 Wipeout Moments.

I think NINE could fastrack Two and a Half Men, it started in the US last week. But the time Tuesday 14th comes around, they would have 4 available episodes.

If they schedule another episode of Two and a Half Men I shall suffer an embolism.

Please Channel Nine, I do not wish to die with an image of Charlie Sheen as my final thought.

You can never have too much 2.5 Men! Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen :)

And you could be right Travis The Chopping Block is a possibility. Australia’s Most Wanted sounds very interesting so hoping they schedule that soon.

Yea, I’ll go postal too if I see anymore, there is already something stupid like 6 hours a week of two and a half men

More Chopping Block please!!! Or a new series of The Block.

They could do half an hour of Wipeout if they cut out the boring bit which is the contestants and just have the commentators who are a laugh :)

And I swear if they schedule more 2.5 men I will go postal

It confuses why Channel 9 didn’t place Hole in the Wall after Wipeout when it debuted in the first place…

Doris they’ve always been red, and i hope that its not edited, maybe its a highlights show, it just would never work, they’d have to cut a whole obstacle out.

Doris, I would say Tuesday 7.30 will be the second series of The Chopping Block. And as a guess Wednesday 7.30 will either be the remake of Australia’s Most Wanted hosted by Karl and Leila – Hunted or two new docos to Nine – Sudden Impact and The Waiting Room.

Since when did the blue balls turn red??
Or have I had to much Gin…
What do you think Nine will schedule David darling?
    Please no more moonface 20 to 0ne, 10 to 0ne …
    Maybe an hour of Temptation?

The show takes the full hour to get to the end… how does a 30 minute show work? Is it heavily edited?

  18. Kuttsywood September 29, 2008 at 5:12 pm -

This move by Nine may just work. There is no AFL in Melbourne, but the RL World Cup may be worrying if Kangaroos games are on Friday nights…

I thought this Tuesdays episode of Wipeout was the season finale…..Has their been more episodes already produced in the US……
