George plays bisexual intern Sadie, in her first episode airing on November 13 in the US.
The plot summary indicates “One of Meredith’s oldest friends, Sadie, becomes an intern at Seattle Grace, but Mer’s friends are less-than-welcoming to her.”
Given final episodes of series four indicated a bonding between Callie and Erica it would be fair to assume Sadie might come between them.
