Australian Idol isn’t the only grand final on air tonight. Peter Berner is hosting the year’s last Einstein Factor at 6:30pm.

The quiet achieving quiz show, must be the only show on television where the glory is greater than the prizes. Tonight’s winner wins a trophy.

The three specialist topics tonight are Batman Comics, Enid Blyton’s Mallory Towers Series and Australia’s 1975 constitutional crisis.

The Grand Final Brains Trust panel includes Red Symons, Jennifer Byrne and Matt Parkinson.

Dust off the party frock and clip on the bow tie…it’s time to celebrate the biggest brains of the year with The Einstein Factor’s 2008 Grand Final! Holding the questions and a new-look trophy is host Peter Berner, but the big question is…who will win a place in Einstein Factor history?

With an eclectic mix of topics, our final three contestants have battled tough competition throughout the series and now are spending every waking minute, reading and revising all they can about their special topics.

Can Canberra public servant Eric Henry fight off the competition with his in-depth knowledge of Batman Comics? There’s not much Victorian teacher Sandra Wright doesn’t know about Enid Blyton’s Mallory Towers Series. And when he’s not holding up the law, South Australian policeman Paul Bahr immerses himself in Australia’s 1975 constitutional crisis.

Tonight’s Grand Final Brains Trust panel of experts include Einstein regulars; radio host Red Symons, First Tuesday Book Club presenter Jennifer Byrne and comedian Matt Parkinson.
