US Ratings 2009

By David Knox on January 13, 2009 / Filed Under Uncategorized 10

From 2010 I am recommending readers consult US sites for figures on American shows, as they provide much more detail than I reproduce here.

The best ones are:

TV By the Numbers (click Broadcast Top 25)

Zap2It (click Weekly Ratings)

The Futon Critic (click Weekly)

I would be interested to see how Jimmy Fallon’s ratings are.
His show is not the best, so I’m wondering if his ratings reflect that.

There are Aussies in the Mentalist and Fringe. Brothers and Sisters is soppy melodramic crap.. Cannot believe close to 100Million Americans watch the superbowl.. thats pretty huge.. I’m astounded Idol does so well over there.. Those Judges and Seacrest must make a packet..

    Sassafras Out!

Take note channel 7, lost and 24 can do really well if you advertise them and put them on at a decent hour!!!

Nothing here is the least bit interesting. Quality and ratings don’t mix.

But it’s nice to see an Aussie in there at #20, I haven’t seen Brothers & Sisters but Rachel Griffiths was really great in Six Feet Under.
