I fully enjoy the TodayT.V- morning show with Carl and Lisa. They really are so professional and yet both have a very good sense of humor. I salute Carl for going and did the Christchurch disaste, one could see all the despair and strain on everybodys faces and yet Carl remain professional in reporting and kept his cool. Coming back to Lisa, oh what a lady, her elegance and charm, yet capturing the humor and sadness in everyday situation.

I strongly vote that these amazingly professional T.V hosts for the Today Morning Show get the 2011 Logies awards, well done to you too.

yeah Erik Thomson is on.. as long as Rebecca Gibney and Jolene doesn’t win i am glad, and honestly Mark was not that good! Erik for Gold! The only good thing about Packed To The Rafters!! And Simmone for silver, she deserves it for her long work on McLeod Daughters, and please don’t let Katie win anything!! Very overrated just like Rebecca Gibney!!

Margot Robbie deserves the best new talent award she has been excelent this year! Not too sure about dean geyer being nominated? Agreed that the boy that plays calum would have been much better! And again Jackie realy deserves it espesialy after the whole zeke storyline this year just heartbreaking!

i agree. The Logies should have more ‘outstanding’ categories, and less ‘popular’ awards.

And please let Kate Ritchie win nothing this year. I didn’t like her on Home and Away. lol

Yeah make them all industry voted but perhaps leave a few for the public to vote on but make them the minority.

Kenny’s World is light entertainment? More documentary IMHO.

I agree, Andrew K. Perhaps the Logies joke-like reputation could be turned around if there were only industry votes, based on the quality and substance of the acting/program, rather than what’s in favour with the teens and bored housewives.

It wil be interesting to see who gets Most Outstanding comedy nominations…my votes on The hollowmen, very small Business and Bogan Pride…i think a lot of the awards should swap to ‘outstanding’ categories and be votes by industry professionals rather than by the popular vote.

Paul O’Brien, who played Constable Jack Holden on H&A isnt not on the list, and he only departed the show this year. I found that somewhat unfair, but oh well.

I hope Packed to the Rafters take out the Fav TV Show category, and Jodi Gordon for Most Popular Female- she had a brilliant year last year.

Agree about Jackie Woodburne winning the peer voted silver logie but it won’t happen even though she deserves it.

And also about the kid who plays Callum ..he’s an awesome young actor & yes miles better then Dean Geyer!

Underbelly to sweep the peer voted logies for sure.

Yeah I loved “Canal Road” too. It’s a shame channel nine had to treat it like garbage. It deserved more exposure, a decent timeslot and a decent run.

Its amusing that two of the judges from ‘SYTYCD Oz’ are up for New Talent awards but the dancers are ineligible.

Where can I send a write-in vote for David & Margaret? Surely they’re Hall of Fame worthy by now.
