WTF is wrong with Nine, what are they trying to do get rid of their Without A Trace viewers?!

I don’t believe it, Without A Trace is an awesome show and was a very consistent performer, and was supposedly in the eyes of Nine execs aswell! – How can they justify a 10.30 timeslot for not only Without A Trace, but Cold Case as well?!

    Stupid move Nine!

I started to watch Without a Trace last year and got hooked, why put such a great show in a time slot of 10:30?, and who can stay up to watch it?. I’m just going to have to tape it!!!!!!!!

koverstreet. are you going out on a lim or are you making a genuine prediction of “800k ish”

the last few eps that were on last year got about that at 9:30 and there is a huge dropoff at 10:30. my guess would be half that. 400k

no drama has sustained above 700k at 10:30, let alone 800k for years and if it did. it shouldn’t be there!!

Why is it wrong? WAT has been on Sunday night previously. And remember 10.30 is important as well and if WAT can snag 800k ish it will help Nine win the night.

Smart move by Nine i reckon.

Bring WAT back to wed nights, even at 10.30. Sunday is just wrong!!!

hmmm, so they put a solid rater like Without A Trace at 10.30, and let crap that doesn’t rate like Flashpoint at 9.30?

    Nine = Fail

    CSI:NY isn’t on in Sydney.

  9. koverstreet February 12, 2009 at 2:55 pm -

Yup CSI:NY has been back for a few weeks. Will be great to have them all on at the one time.

Mike – They had a new episode of CSI: NY on last Thursday (6 February) at 9.30pm. It was the one where Mac investigates a murder on a plane that he is on.

from memory Without a trace wasn’t doing that bad. i can completely understand about cold case though. 9 shouldn’t be burning off this show because with 600k it’s probably a matter of hours before flashpoint goes and they’re going to need a CBS cop show to fill the slot with.

can we assume that 11th hour will take 9:30 monday?

brisvegas the eps with fishburne start around ep10 IIRC so a few more weeks.

Smart move by Nine following CSI with CSI:Miami as they always rate better when grouped together.

Also looking forward to seeing what stories they include in the 60 Minutes special

Without A Trace at 10.30? What a waste, its bad enough that Cold Case is at 10.30 now.

  14. brisvegas February 12, 2009 at 10:02 am -

with regards to csi – when are the episodes with laurence fishburn starting up? I’m going to hazard a guess – not until S10 ?

Any idea when CSI: NY return?

10.30 for Without a Trace?!? Why are Nine wasting Cold Case and Without a Trace in 10.30 slots…Without a Trace especially was a consistent rater last year always getting between 1 and 1.1 million……stupid idea.
