I love tv hits i remember buying it back in the early 90s and when BH 90210 was huge and featured on the cover. Does anyone know where i can get old issues from the 90s when luke perry, jennie garth, jason priestley and shannon doherty were on the cover?

TV Hits is still around???? My mum bought me the first ever issue when we went to Goulburn for the weekend when I was 10.
I used to buy it all the time in high school when Beverly Hills 90210 was at it’s peak- my friends and I were all obsessed.

I still have my collection of dozens and dozens of issues from the 80s/90s/early 2000s. People make a fortune selling old issues of TV Hits and Smash Hits, believe me! Some of the auctions on eBay reach ridiculous prices! There’s a real market out there for old pop culture magazines in good condition.

My first issue had Annie Jones and Con the Fruiterer on the cover. I think that was their first birthday edition.

I remember the 5th birthday issue, back when BH90210 was on the cover every month. It came with a free Crunchy bar!

All the info this magazine offers up every 2 months can be freely accessed by teenagers on the net much faster (the same applies to TV Week mag, which only exists because of the Logies, otherwise it would’ve been canned a long time ago, as most people get their Sunday newspaper TV guide lift out), so I’m surprised TV Hits is even still around, but it’d be run by probably only 2 people, so costs would be low.

I remember buying TV Hits from around 1997 to 2001, which is when it started to get a bit daggy, but for many years my walls were plastered with TV Hits posters and still are today. Congrats on making 21 years

I cannot believe TV Hits is 21 already! I first came across this magazine (and Smash Hits) in 2003 when Delta Goodrem was starring in Neighbours and she was so popular at the time that she was in both magazines every month. Then when Delta was diagnosed with cancer both magazines put out special covers offering their support. I lament the closing down of Smash Hits but I still buy TV Hits occasionally. Congratulations TV Hits!
