Gary Sinise and his team at CSI: New York are coming back next month with new episodes.
“Sex, Lies and Silicone” will air on Nine at 9:30pm Sunday May 10th.
This is the fourth episode of the fifth series, which aired last October in the US. It will take the place of CSI: Miami which has effectively finished new episodes on Nine.
Still no word on Without a Trace, which was flagged for new episodes some time ago.

Why won’t nine show CSI NY? CSI Miami is crap, yet they put that drivel on. I want to buy the CSI NY seasons 5,6 and 7 but nine won.t show them on tv so I can’t buy them.
when the hell is csi miami is the best tv show in the world
Are the same episodes of CSI Miami played all around in Australia because im preety sure that Melbourne were quite aways ahead of NSW and other states because they aired double eps last yr in Melbourne when everybody else watched Underbelly.
Correct.
haha great post mikey, CSI may have been a breath of fresh air 8 years ago when it made forensic science a major storytelling device, but now almost a decade later with 3 spinoffs and a load of cast changes its become quite stale. BTW Nine did this last year with CSI/CSI:NY as well. When CSI’s last season finished all its eps, Nine shoved CSI: Miami in the Sun 8.30 slot around Aug/Sep. Expect it to come back when CSI’s current season finishes its run
Gary Sinise is so very wasted on this visual junkfood; it’s BS. CSI is just the mooshy food fed to the 2.5 men revellers…
Eat your meal, morons……. 😐
“It will take the place of CSI: Miami which has effectively finished new episodes on Nine.” This comment is not true.
The last episode to air on Channel Nine was Season 7 Episode 8 “Gone Baby Gone” on April 26 2009. That episode aired in the US on November 17 2008.
However the last episode to air in the US was Season 7 Episode 22 “Dead on Arrival” on April 27 2009.
This means Channel Nine are now showing us 13 episodes that they could. Another 3 episodes will air in the US over the next few weeks including the season finale, which will mean Channel Nine will have 16 episodes that they aren’t airing.
When Channel Nine finally air Season 7 Episode 9 they will call it a season return.
Channel Nine should just fast track this great show and keep everyone happy.
They can just put CSI: NY on at another time.
That’s why I said “effectively finished new episodes.” In other words that have hit the pause button on their new episodes. If they’d shown all the ones that had aired in the US I would have included that in the story.
This is not correct Channel 9 has over 8 Episodes not aired in Australia yet
How come thay have run out of Miami eps so early in the year?
October! so much for fast tracking!
“does this mean that nine have shown all the eps that have screen in the us thus far?”
LOL yeah about 2 years after the show ends that might happen!
We need an update of the worst delays for shows and the networks, maybe if they want this FreeView to work tey should lift their game, show programs sooner and stop removing them after a few eps, at least move them to a later time or the 2nd SD (when that comes) to allow views to see the shows they want.
does this mean that nine have shown all the eps that have screen in the us thus far?
Miami? No.
Really don’t know why they aren’t showing all the CSI’s – 2 on Sunday, another on Tuesday or something, At least CSI rates OK. Better than endless repeats.
Looks like Sunday is CSI fix on Nine.
Disappointing about without a trace or Weeds or Survivor though.
Obviously Bert, sheen & Underbelly are the replacements for weeknight shows – forget all the other unused, unaired, promised shows (gee that list must be long !)
Finally! I’m so sick of waiting for it! Channel 9 is useless!
And also, the last CSI New York episode Channel 9 aired was episode 2, so, what about episode 3?
very strange,
Channel 9 has 3/4 of CSI Miami’s current season still up its sleave, why would it just stop like this?
