The Sex Shop show is totally disgusting not only are the products offensive for television but the disgusting things the compere say, great real Free to Air Television is not for perverts to scam people with overpriced crap !!!! There are discreet places for those wanting these items not free to air TV. Get rid of it dffensive to see a man playing with a dildo filth.

I Live in Western Victoria and for the past 6 days there has been no audio on channel go, so you may as well turn the bloody thing off, as most viewers dont like silent programs.I would have been a enthusiastic viewer but not any more after 2 days I gave up trying but I have flicked over to see if any one was bright enough to fix it and it is still not working yet

i noticed Win didn’t put go on Channel 80 when i scanned it came up on channel 88

the freeview site has been updated and cheddar, troy and josh are right on the money, GO will be on the HD WIN channel at first and then move to a separate SD in october. the website also confirms that NBN will be getting it.

Tracy, Imparja is not likely to beam GO! until they have upgraded to digital. I understand that Imparja has not upgraded to digital yet left alone applying with SC Central for a future channel 10 station for the outback. It will probably be a long time before GO! is beamed to the outback the way Imparja operates at this rate.

I can thank my lucky stars that Imparja is not beaming in Darwin. From what I have heard about the latest reports about Imparja I do not want a bar of Imparja in my area.

So just like Chedder said below, start on HD then move to SD.

WIN last night said on their news that it GO! will start on channel 80 and move to SD in october. No need to panic people
People in regional areas should be calling their local WIN office and thank them. Look at the absolute disregard the Southern cross shows to regionals. Hats off to WIN for not leaving us behind.

You have to laugh.

From just one announcement, so many of you have drawn such certain pesimistic & annoyed conclusions. Despite what some may say, there maybe a quite good reason for putting Go! on WIN’s Chl 80 besides just to pi** you off!

It could as simple that they don’t have a third service platform yet (like Nine’s 99) so they’re using 80 in the meantime – that makes sense.

And if this is the case, wouldn’t you rather have a whole new channel of programming rather than just some occasional native HD of the same program on the SD channel, like presently occurs on HD 80?

Let’s wait & see. Maybe WIN will start their third channel afterward & Go! will then migrate to that new channel (88?) & HD will return to 80.

Anf for those lamenting Go! being on HD 80 & only having an SD PVR, don’t blame WIN, blame yourself for buying a device that right from the start of digital TV was destined to be obsolete.

Channel 80? Thats pointless! WinHD is the best for movies and the only regional station that does 5.1 sound so it will be a shame to lose it for a fully SD channel. It would make much more sense for it to be put on 88 and keep 80 how it is.
