Marty taught her well. Silly decision to ever break those two up anyway…

  2. David Knox says:

Who said it was a scandal? Ok to have a bit of fun here sometimes. Fifi is a good sport.

  3. jmgirl says:

Hardly a national scandal, is it? She just stumbled over a word live on television. So?

  4. Mac says:

Brilliant. Did anyone see UK newscaster Trevor McDonald’s slip on News At Ten years ago?

“…there was trouble in the c*nt Kentryside… Kent countryside today…”

  5. Daniel says:

@tmorph It was a show called Comedy Inc.

  6. David Knox says:

Is there a difference between cynical and over-cynical? Or am I just hyper-cynical?

  7. michael says:

Funny how this happens when Today is making in-roads, and Steve Jacobs’ profile has increased with appearances every evening in Nine’s Melbourne’s news too….

    Or am I just over-cynical…..

  8. tmorph says:

Wasn’t there a skit with thomas the tank engine where one had an unfortunate stutter?

“Fifi is just dull and always giggling”

She’d fit in nicely with the Sunrise tools then :)

  11. Steve says:

Not really a blooper at all, just a pause in sentence.

  12. Earthquake says:

Reminds me of the old joke about Paul Keating asking the Queen for Australia to be a republic. lol

  16. Stan says:

It’s lucky Box wasn’t running around an athletics track last week because the officials would want to know what sex that is.

  17. Marco says:

Constable: Nothing to see here, move right along!

LOL. I wonder if and how Mel and Kochie reacted.

  19. mikeys says:

  20. itsross says:

Damn it, the context of the word being said was a big let down. I was hoping for some Naomi Robson style cussin’ while she thought her mic was closed.

  23. byron says:

    @steven guy its just you.

  24. Paull says:

sounds like she was just trying to say country but stopped halfway through realising she’d skipped a word- not much of a blooper

  25. Evan says:

The C Word was shown (as graffiti on an artwork) during United States of Tara on ABC 1 & 2 last week…. but nobody seemed to care ;-)

Bless her little heart. Slip of the tounge that I am sure she wont forget in a hurry.

    Love it…………

  29. Paul says:

I was watching it live, while it will make for a funny/embarassing blooper. It was as though she jumped a word or two ahead of herself, she should have soldiered on and said country… as opposed to stopping at the T :P

Now to see if it makes TV Burp :P

  30. Camo says:
