Shame about Boston Legal being bumped – of course, we’ve got ‘em all on DVD anyway. These days, I’m getting my David E Kelley fix from Foxtel’s 111 screening of “The Practice” – good DEK writing and (after ep 13 this coming Wed) not available on DVD anywhere.
Also – Vale Henry Gibson (73) and Peter Paul & Mary’s Mary Travers (72).

The one good show on Seven apart from Flash Forward/HIMYM and they go and chuck it out for trashy American reality crap. Anyone remember True Beauty? This show is much the same, only its already been axed.

3 sucessful busy guys who can’t find their mrs right, seek the help & guidance of thier mums to be their matchmakers & sort out the girls who are either in it for love or money. So the girls have to endure rigorious interviews with the 3 mums to see which of them matches up to the criteria on what type of woman they what thier sons to date & possibly marry.

This kind of reminds me of 2 mtv shows – Parental Control & Date My Mom.

Parental Control – parents despise their son or daughter”s gf or bf, & they interview potential guys or girls to date their son & daughter. Each parent chooses a girl or guy for their son or daughter to go on a date. The parents & the loser current bf or gf has to watch their dates from home without them disrupting them. At the end of both 2 dates in one day, the son or daughter has to decide on who they want to date – the loser bf or gf or one of the 2 parent’s choices. Some i’ve seen have gone for new ones, chose the loser again or lost all 3.

Date My Mom – a single guy (sometimes also a gay male of female) goes on 3 dates with 3 different mums who must describe their daughters (or guy or girl) to the guy by describing their daughter’s feature, accomplishments & also current flaws. He doesn’t the girls til he decides which mum sold him the good parts of their daughters.

Ryan Secrest has created & produced a lot of reality shows that have mainly been screen on the E! Channel.

There’s an error in the title. For a second I though Ten was going to re-air Law & Order: Trial By Jury (Which is a fantastic series, as is L&O:UK).

I’m with cpandilo.
Boston Legal,30 rock are perfect shows for 10 pm to midnight slots.
Fashion makeover shows and surgery cringe or shocking events are not something ou want to watch late at night.
C’mon Seven , give us the light entertainment comedy fix from 10 pM to midnight every night.

Well, I guess I won’t be watching Seven’s Monday from 10.30pm anymore, what a shame as I’ve really enjoyed Boston Legal, 30 Rock, It’s Always Sunny and also Jono Ross was all right as well.
