  1. Thanks One HD. I love this channel, I always leave it on in the background. Hope it keeps growing from strength to strenght.
I would love to see Sports Tonight expand to one hour and make the program into the real flagship for the channel much like Sports Centre is on ESPN in the US.
More sport opinion shows similar to PTI Australia, and niche talk shows like golf, motorsport and Association football (soccer) in prime time during week days would also be awesome.

  2. Yes I hope ONE can get the V8s the next time the rights come up with all the support races, Seven has once again butchered the coverage or anything that’s not the Supercars.

I like they have a 24/7 sports channel now if only they could pass on those shows not airing to GO! and life would be good.

  3. I love the idea of One but I don’t watch it simply because they haven’t got a single sport that I’m interested in watching. Get some tennis, cricket (real cricket, not that hit-and-giggle nonsense in the IPL), league and/or V8s and I will be a dedicated viewer.

  4. Congratulations to the One HD team. I know the station does not get big ratings, and it has received its fair share of criticism from some industries insiders, not to mention some readers comments on this site, but it is so refreshing to have some different programming on TV.

The way ONE broadcast preview shows for Moto GP and F1 is fantastic. AFL in HD brilliant!!. Ten need to be congratulated for getting on board with the sport channel and being the first commercial channel to start break away programming. All they need now is to get the V8 supercar’s of 7 (who wouldn’t know a replay if it hit them in the head) and One would be perfect.
