Don Lane Memorial

DON7611A memorial celebration for Don Lane will be held at 11.30am next Thursday at Souths Juniors Rugby League Club in Kingsford, Sydney.

Close friends to speak will include comedian Brian Doyle and Lane Show gag writer, Mike McColl Jones.

Rhonda Burchmore will perform New York, New York.

A statement released by son PJ Lane, who appears on Seven’s Sydney Weekender, said the service at Souths club was “all about what Dad would want.” -his passion for Souths is famous.

Ttckets will be free, but people attending will be asked for a donation to Alzheimer’s NSW.
