Mika for Australian Idol finale

mikaUK popster Mika will perform in Australian Idol’s Grand Final on November 22nd.

The Grace Kelly singer recently Tweeted “Yes am doing Australian Idol soon. Lokkin forward to going back to Aus.”

He may possibly appear as a guest judge before that (one rumour has him as early as October 25th for ‘Disco Night’), but he  isn’t performing at Enmore Theatre in Sydney until November 24th.

As tipped by TV Tonight this Sunday Liza Minnelli takes to Idol as guest judge for a night of Stage and Screen themes. It will be a true showbiz night with the Broadway star on board (even if half the kiddies at home have no idea who she is). Hopefully it will be entertainment for the right reasons and not just car-crash telly.

    @ Rob: I assume Michael Buble will perform at and guest judge the week before the finale (November 15), when the two grand finalists are revealed, and they each perform three songs, including his/her own rendition of the winner’s single.

    They just announced on 7pm project that Michael Buble is performing at and guest-judging the final.

    Way better than Mika.
