Are all the panelists Victorians?

It comes across like they are so it doesn't matter where you take it. 90% of the country doesn't care about some Victorian w*nkfest. That's why everyone I know watched the golf on Fox Sports than having to listen to Eddie Quagmire's drivel.

Is this show filmed in Sydney? Because they have the Harbour Bridge in the background on the screen that says The 7PM Project. I've always wondered that :p

"And with Nine revealing it plans to air a daily edition of Funniest Home Videos in the same slot". I think this is bigger news. No more 2.5 men repeats over the summer (at 7pm at least)!

There's nothing wrong with networks backing cheap to make shows like
7PM Project, but Funniest Home Videos is cringeworthy and vomit inducing to watch in its weekly form (if I had to watch it). I hope a Monday - Friday version bombs badly and quickly, ratings wise

Just an idea. One day if this show becomes successful do you think its possible to launch local versions in other states? I.e Perth has their own, Adelaide has their own, Melb has their own, Syd has their own and Brisbane has their own. Something like you see from Today Tonight and A Current Affair? I doubt it will ever happen but it would have a bigger chance at success as local personalities can promote the show in their state. Doing this would give it a bigger chance at rating over 1 million every night.

Why don't they do something innovative and daring like say..... Doing this from a Shopping Centre on a Thurs or Friday night? Couldn't be too hard to do, and it seems 10 are willing to burn through the $$$ to make it work, or what about from the Rooftop of a CBD building somewhere in Melb/Syd/Bris.

I always thought something like a Dancing with the Stars would be awesome from the rooftop of somewhere in Melb or Syd, great visuals and would give people a greater reason to watch.

I was soo glad when I saw Kitty Flanagan's last Wip around for the year, knowing that I wouldn't have to put up with her cringe-worthy slow voice and expressionless face. I really hope they keep scott dooley on for next year instead of her. Also that WA Wip around presenter is just as bad, get rid of her!

TheUglyBaby: I really hope that the summer break gives 7PM a chance to take a foothold. But what they need to do is get rid of the "tool quotient". I know that she's a WA "celebrity" but the loud chick who does the Perth report is dreadful. She's causes a race for the remote in our household. The other city correspondents aren't so bad (Kitty Flanagan is just bearable) and the absence of Fitzy has been welcome.

I just hope that now that Peter Helliar is able to wander more freely amongst regular human beings that he doesn't find his way onto this set more often. Otherwise there'll be a "tool quotient" overload.

So glad Ten has so much confidence in this show. Very refreshing. I do think their patience will eventually pay off.

Content just needs to be re-tooled and refined, likewise the talent.

It also needs a fresher look. The green and orange is too grungy and depressing.

Needs to look lighter, brighter, fresher and clean.
