I’m confused why did austar get in trouble but foxtel didn’t? Don’t they show the same channels, just with different packages (with the exception no Al Jazeera which foxtel refuse to show despite it already been on the satellite)

We wouldn’t have this problem of incorrect classification if all pay TV channels could show R18+ material. It’s laughable that HBO can show this in the US (which is home to more Christian nutters than any other developed country of earth) and we can’t. FFS, across half of Europe and in the UK they could air this on broadcast television.
