Sorry Jordin Sparks fans, she’s out of Sunday’s Australian Idol finale now, after cancelling her Aussie visit.
Maybe Britney rang her and told her Australia has too many walkouts….oh wait, that’s right, she actually sings.
Turns out she has cancelled due to illness.
So that leaves Michael Buble, Mika, Guy Sebastian, Wes Carr, and Ricki Lee-Coulter on the bill.
Plus the eliminated top 10 finalists who have been rehearsing this week in Sydney.
And maybe some kids named Stan and Hayley.

I really do not understand why people are so hateful of Jordin Sparks? The girl Can really sing, and sing well! I wish Jordin nothing but Well Wishes and do hope her a speedy recovery! I am still going to purchase the song “Art of Love” and the video when released in the United States.

Guy might still sing Art of Love. It was going to be a solo if he didn’t get Jordin. Jordin, btw, is recovering from successful surgery (appendicitis, I believe). Hopefully Jordin can reschedule her promotional visit.
Jordin had acute appendicitis. She was operated on today. And to all the well wishers on this site (sarcasm intended) she is recovering. And yes she was going to be singing Art Of Love with Guy, and is extremely disappointed in not being able to do so. As unlike a certain other Aussie Idol, Guy actually met the person featured on his song, both while recording it and making the video. No sending it over for voice to be added and no composite video made in two separate countries. And if they ever land up at the same concert together, I doubt she will sit in her dressing room and let him sing it by himself as a certain rapper did to that other idol.
oh come on australia just leave Britney Spears alone will u just cos she dosent sing u all act like the world is ending i went to the concert it was great it was so muc fun and now the way were all carry on she will never come bac grow up australia and start showing some repscet and let me tell u something u can make fun of her but she will be much more famous and have a lot more money than any of u will ever have and david really do we have to make anymore jokes about her i think she been through a nuf and this is aus no.1 tv blog not mucis

ten should ask jessica mauboy to sing some songs plus get delta to sing a few of her catchy songs and they should also get marcia up there to sing her best song, and i hope this yr they show that voting room and told us all about the voting and how many votes are coming in
