SPOILER: Heroes finally returned to Australian television last night, as one of the new brands on 7TWO.
While it has been speculated this could become the final series, now there is confirmation one of the cast members is to be written out of the show.
That too, has been the subject of discussion for some time, but we just never knew who it was.
EW.com has confirmed Adrian Pasdar, who played politician Nathan Petrelli, will be leaving the show sometime ‘in the near future.’ Of course complicating things more is the fact that he was actually killed by Sylar in Season 3.
Some reports say that Pasdar only learned of his demise after reading a script, but will be paid to the end of the season.

It was good to hear that the recent US episode was so good just before season four premiered in Australia. I had decided not to watch anymore, but will stay with it on 72 for now. I hope Prime works something out for regional Heroes fans.
Saw that coming… but wish I saw the Hereo’s on 7TWO – pitty I’m just a regional view and have to miss out!
Saw that on news.com.au yesterday, and thought that it was about time they actually killed off a main character. Anyway I’ve officially stopped watching heroes, kicking the ‘habit’ by not watching the premiere last night on 7two. So glad I didn’t, from what I’ve heard, it’s more of the same.

It was a no brainer that it would be Nathan to bite the dust, given that he already, has! Once the battle for Sylar’s body ends, we kind of know who wins now!
BTW, for a show that could potentially be seeing its final days this season, this week’s episode in the States is a corker! Definitely for S1 fans to appreciate.
Yeah, at least TV Tonight didn’t have “Major Death Revealed: Heroes Is Killing Off Adrian Pasdar” in the subject line where RSS readers couldn’t avoid it. Before the episode even aired in the US. Kudos for that one David. Kristin from E! Online is not my favourite person right now
This season’s been the best since the first, by the way.
