Shaun Micallef should definitely come back with his own tonight show. There is room for Hey Hey It’s Saturday (a family show) and Micallef Tonight (a more adult audience). There needs to be more and more variety on television. What is it with all these crime shows?

This photo is from a friend of mine who came with me to the show …..really good show, but really Bad workers/employee’s ….had us there from 6pm til 1 am and couldn’t give us a taxi…..long walk from Elsternwick to the city (11km) new rule…never trust a showmen

Excellent! I love Micallef’s previous shows including his outing on 9 (so sad when it went). Whilst I have enjoyed Talkin’ Bout Your Generation.. it is really just a quiz show, so I’m definitely looking forward to this special.

This would be an excellent (and far superior) replacement for Rove in the early part of 2010. It would also be an excellent permant replacement for it.

While if Shaun gets a tonight show on Ten, this would kill off any chance of Newstopia coming back on SBS, the more Shaun the better.

Let’s hope Inspektor Herring finds his way in somewhere…

The Sydney NYE fireworks TV rights are “up in the air”. As the rights are done through the Sydney City Council, there has been no announcement as of yet from them of a TV or radio partner.
