Check out this episode of Supernatural called ‘Changing Channels.’
In it Sam and Dean find themselves in several fictitious television shows that look awfully familiar.
In this scene, the boys wind up in a Seattle hospital surrounded by sexed-up medical staff. And a few spirits.
“This show has ghosts? Wow,” says Sam.
Duh.
They also land in a sitcom and a CSI parody.
Ten is creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. By the time it finally does air Supernatural they will say that it doesn’t rate well and therefore they were justified in not airing it during the regular TV season. In reality it does have a big audience and should rate well, just the ratings are a load of …. And, of course, by the time it does air in Oz, all the fans of the show will have seen the eps anyway by whatever devious means they can because we are sick of waiting to see our favourite show.
This was a brilliant epsiode… we want to see it on our Aussie TV screens please TEN…..

I think, according to TEN it’s been pushed back to January, all thought, maybe we’ll have a miracle and it will come on next month, all the other shows are finishing, why can’t it replace Good News Week or something?
Also, this episode was hilarious. So far this ties for my favourite Season 5 episode with Episode 4.
@Sausage B. This isn’t definately the final series, this was just because Eric Kripke originally had a 5 year plan but Jared and Jensen are signed on for a 6 year contract with The CW so who knows. Personally I would love it to end this season, go out while still on top, but if they can make a Season 6 and still keep it as good as it is then I’m not complaining
Really enjoying this final series of Supernatural.
Definitely one for the DVD boxed set collection.
The cast seem to ba having a great time, with their tongues
firmly in their cheeks. It’ll be sad to see it go…

Loved it.
This was a great ep, love the sit-com bit they did. It’s just a pity TEN is not airing Supernatural until sometime next year…
