postcardsPostcards (Victoria) has lost its lead presenter after Suzie Wilks opts not to return to the show, citing personal reasons.

The Channel Nine and WIN state-based travel show recently notched up its tenth year on GTV9, with some other states also having local editions.

Wilks told the Herald Sun she had been offered another contract but with a new man in her life was focussing on other priorities.

“I’m certainly not hanging up my hat in this business, but it’s not a priority this time in my life,” she said. “It was a wonderful show to work on and I really loved it, but the time is right.”

The weekly travel show requires a demanding schedule from its cast and crew, even just to cover state destinations.

Other presenters on the Victorian edition include Brodie Harper, Glen Moriarty, Lauren Phillips, Shane Crawford, Blair McDonough and Giaan Rooney.
