Monday night’s Q & A will have a focus on the economy with both the Minister for Finance Lindsay Tanner and the Shadow Minister for Finance Barnaby Joyce joining host Tony Jones on the panel.

I am in the main delighted with the Q & A programme. However, I thought that Tony did not give Barnaby Joyce a “Fair Go” – constantly interupting Barnaby when he was attempting to answer a question. I have always found Tony a good Chairperson and generally unbiased but not on this occassion. He allowed Lindsey Tanner much more freedom to express his opinion without interuption than he did Barnaby.
