Christian Slater has been cast as the lead on Security, a comedy pilot for the FOX Network, which centres on a team of geniuses who crack security systems.
He will play the charismatic renegade who runs the Titan Team, a gruff ex-military misanthrope with a checkered past.
If it goes to series, it would be Slater’s third TV project in three years after My Own Worst Enemy, and ABC’s drama The Forgotten.
Adam F. Goldberg is writer and Seth Gordon is director.

I like “My Own Worst Enemy”, even though they kind of used up their main plot really early and didn’t have anywhere to take it. It’s a shame it was cancelled. This new one sounds like a ripoff of the movie “Sneakers”.
3rd time lucky?
BTW Who have the rights to The Forgotten and My Own Worst Enemy? I’ve seen the 2nd, not bad, just a pity it didn’t work, again it was getting interesting towards the end.
Does this mean The Forgetten has been cancelled? or is this a side project?
A show taking the P*** out of an over used format, i like the sound of that !
