FOX8 has picked up UK reality dance contest Got to Dance, featuring Australia’s Adam Garcia as judge.

Fronted by former Big Brother host Davina McCall, it aired in the UK in October and held auditions in Edinburgh, Manchester and London with £100,000 on offer. The show includes solos, duos, troupes with both adult and child performers.

Garcia, best known for roles in the stage productions Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Wicked, plus Bootmen, Coyote Ugly and Britannia High, is joined by judges Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Banjo.

It airs 6:30pm Sunday May 2nd.

  1. I saw bits of it when i was in the UK @ Christmas… it is a cross between Australia’s Got Talent and SYTYCD…. Nothing exciting or inspiring…

  2. I was in UK at xmas and I think this aired just after new years day not October. It was shown on sky1 at same time as SYTYCD was on BBC1 . The sky1 show had 800,000 viewers and SYTYCD had 8 milion.
