Exclude 7 from the next rights deal, unless they are going to broadcast all games to all AFL states, Live. You’d also think their technicians, in 2010, could produce the 2 games they get, with HD picture and sound. What a disgrace they could not even do this for the ANZAC day game…

Seven has no idea about football.
They show footy replays from the 70′s and 80′s while live games are being played… they can’t show a game live, they bought the rights and clearly couldn’t afford them.
They should be condemned for the ruination of AFL broadcasting….. At the next rights bid the AFL should have last rights to exclude Seven from bidding….
Seven should stick with shows about gardens and crap talent quests… that’s about all they are good for…..

I’ll give you rafters but I’m pretty sure it falls under drama and not under light entertainment. Even so, you must admit that seven’s success ratio is not great for the last couple of years.

The white room, the bounce, you may be right, can channel seven give up on this family friendly fools errand. Not too mention the pilots that haven’t even made it to air, like variety shows hosted by Larry Emdur, Grant Denyer and Andrew O’Keeffe, along with the rip off of 20-1 that they spent three months developing, and then canned. They have pi**ed millions away and have nothing to show for it. Instead of trying to revive the corpses of old ideas, and stealing ideas off other stations, why not just try making a good show, which people want to watch…

It constantly amazes me that shows targeting ‘AFL cities’ completely ignore those cities and wonder why no-one watches. There are $3m ish people in Adelaide & Perth – go back to the tape and count how many times the words ‘Adelaide, West Coast, Fremantle or Port are mentioned’. Wake up 7. Oh and it doesnt help that Hellier isnt funny – but that never stopped Rove.
