Justice Crew dance to Talent title

Multicultural, all-male hip-hop dancers Justice Crew have won the 2010 series of Australia's Got Talent.

Sydney dance troupe Justice Crew has won Australia’s Got Talent.

The multicultural, all-male hip-hop dancers defeated songwriter-guitarist Cameron Henderson.

Henderson was named runner-up in the contest, pipping his own son Taylor Henderson in the talent contest. He has been offered the chance to sing the National Anthem at the AFL Grand Final.

Young favourite Bobby Andonov, who had attracted a good deal of media coverage, was also cut from the show.

Justice Crew won $250,000 in winning the title. The dancers had consistently impressed with their showstopping performances together with background stories that showed them giving free youth dance classes in Sydney.

The Grand Final was another entertainment package from this year’s Talent series with a thumping group dance number from several of the dance acts who had appeared. 2009 winner teen opera singer Mark Vincent performed “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

Ironically, judge Brian McFadden opted to mime his new single -a surprising move in a show that celebrates raw talent.

The revamped series has been a hit for Seven, and has already been renewed for 2011.

some of the boys were hot as!!
but brian did good as well.. he should change his voice though.. that the only thing i didnt really like but then again i cant do better!
i didnt like amiee elizabeth.. i dont know why she just kind of sucked i guess..
i know that mean but thats what i think.

  3. this is one of the best thing happened this year justice crew came to Pendle Hill High School, and the next thing i new was they won the AGT….
    LOL People…………

  4. I really enjoyed Brian’s performance … one of the better parts of the show for me …
where will Justice Crew be in a month’s time … Justice Who???? The opera girl should have won!

  5. Good on Justice Crew for winning, they were fantastic! Go boys, you rock!! I remember the group leader, Emmaneul Rodriguez, when he was a contestant a couple of seasons back on So You Think You Can Dance. He made it to the Top 20, but he was eliminated fairly early on.

  6. I don’t think McFadden lipsynched either. The microphone was set up with the vocoder to synthesise his voice, as Grant showed afterwards. These sort of synthesiser microphones should be banned because anyone can sing into them and have it correct their pitch. Pretty pointless if you ask me.

As for his ability to sing, yes he can, but everyone is using these vocoders these days, especially in dance song vocals.

    1. Go back and look at the footage and the telltale moments when McFadden could be heard singing a few times when still raising the microphone from waist height to chin height. He was singing before the mike got there. I also checked with an insider who was there before writing that info. Yes they added a vocoder to his mike, clearly shown when chatting to Denyer. But like Breaking the Magician’s Code proved on Monday night, the magic of television fools a lot of people. Otherwise there were some top performances on a well-produced finale.

  7. What a joke, with the way they had a computer change Brian’s voice, anyone (even a dog) could have sung it with the same results. Even his movements were very stiff.
Another so called dance group, wow, waving arms about just like all the others did, not really much dancing, but they seemed to have the backing of the young demographics you would not know talent if it came up and bit them.

  8. Didn’t watch AGT this year so can’t comment on performances. But bloody hell Seven. As if it wasn’t bad enough Ten would use the Grand Final as an excuse to show off their idols each year, but now Seven have to do the same.

  9. a great show with a great result.

I dont think Brian mimed. The sad thing is he can actually sing really well- why is he using all this techno effects on his voice?

  10. @Jimmy: you are referring to Brianna Bishop I assume?
I voted for Aimee Elizabeth to win, but she was out very early (when MasterChef was on).

  11. good on them, they were great. runner up prize was pretty good too, perform at the AFL grand final.

David are you sure Brian mimed? obviously put the modesty flaws into it if he did.
