Sneak Peek: RBT

Nine's next factual series is all about the behind the scenes world of Random Breath Testing.

Not much detail on this one yet….

Nine will air a “Sneak Peek” of its new factual series RBT, which obviously stands for Random Breath Test (but feel free to come up with some other suggestions) at 7:00pm Sunday June 27.

In this groundbreaking new series, follow the police units for a unique behind-the-scenes look at RBT patrols testing for alcohol and drug affected drivers.

The Sneak Peek is actually an entire 30 minute episode in place of Send in the Dogs, a cheeky promo idea Nine has used before.

Really? Yet another ridiculous and boring factual. We need more good quality Australian drama.”

no, we need really good drama, i don’t care where it is from.

  2. @Mick: And yet you can’t seem to recall the title of the film in question! LOL. You could have looked it up so it wouldn’t appear as if you were including yourself in that group! No, I’m just kidding – I love irony. 🙂

  3. “Short Documentaries” for a typical nine audience who suffer from what Guy Pearce did in that classic film where he forgets what he witnessed or did seconds previously.

  4. Good lord 9, what on earth is “groundbreaking” about this? Honestly. It’s like you’re just looking for new reasons for me to hate you.

  5. I’ve been struggling all day trying to think of an RBT joke… the best I could come up with was: Righteous Brothers Tribute… yeah. I know. Every other joke was just Really Bad Something Starting With T.

  6. sounds intresting but i woulnt have had a sneek peek in place of SITD which rates ok when they do launch the series i hope it rates well because it would only be given a couple of weeks with nines record

  7. Wait – this is just the tip of the iceberg! Nine also have ‘Litter Caught In Breeze’ coming soon! (Still – at least it’s more interesting than 2.5 Men!).

  8. Done all the time in the US, most recently AMC’s “Rubicon” which was screened on Sunday night ET but doesn’t officially commence until August.
