  1. I’ve pretty much liked everything Ronald has been involved with, especially the new BSG and Carnivale. If you wanted to make a series where the world is ruled by magic, Terry Pratchett’s Discworld books are ripe for the picking.

  2. If it means taking a break from all these endless vampire and spy shows, I’m all for it.

Actually, I’m surprised a wizardy show hasn’t been tried earlier, right in the thick of the Harry Potter mania. It seems like a no-brainer.

  3. While I did not enjoy the second half of the final season of BSG (particularly the “finale”), I’ll happily watch anything that Ron Moore is involved with.

I think one of the other news items about this show indicated it would be some kind of “cop procedural drama” (maybe about an agency which monitors the use of magic or something) which from memory is the kind of job that Harry Potter ended up having once he left school (after defeating you know who).

  4. Very good news we need more sci fi and fantasy series. I think this will be good because Battlestar Galactica was great, can’t wait to see Caprica on 7mate.
