Desperate Housewives actor Ricardo Chavira was arrested for Driving Under the Influence in Los Angeles earlier today according to website TMZ.
The 39-year-old actor, who plays Carlos Solis, was pulled over for a routine traffic stop at around 2 AM when police allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.
TMZ says he refused to take a blood or breath test and was taken to a nearby jail where he was booked.
Bail was set at $25,000.
