Ex-Factor as Dannii leaves UK show

Whether she quit or was pushed it’s clear that Dannii Minogue is out of the judging panel on the UK X Factor.
She is to be replaced by the N-Dubz singer Tulisa, 22.
In a statement Minogue said: “I’m so disappointed that I can’t be a part of The X Factor this year. I’m going to miss the show and the amazing team who work so incredibly hard on it.
“During discussions for me to return it became clear that, unfortunately, the audition dates in the UK clash with my live shows of Australia’s Got Talent during June and July.”
But media is speculating that she was dumped by Producers, and describe her as being both “devastated” and “gutted.”
“Show producers realise this is a gamble but they felt the programme needed a fresh start and that it was time for Dannii to move on,” an X Factor insider tells The Mirror.
“She has been the ultimate professional and a brilliant judge, but The X Factor is now looking to the future without Dannii as part of it.”
There are reports Minogue told friends that the first round of auditions for the programme had been switched to accommodate new judge Gary Barlow.
But Minogue owes much to Australia’s Got Talent. It was after all, her successful role on the Aussie show that helped land her the X Factor gig. She’s been very good on both shows.

theres been a bit of overkill with the media concentrating on what Danii and Cheryl Cole are wearing every week and maybe Simon Cowell thought it was taking the spotlight off the contestants. I wonder if Dannii will be offered the X-Factor Aus next year.
Dannii is fantastic on Australia’s Got Talent! I really, really like her! I met her many years ago and she was absolutely delightful! She’s also a real stunner, both on screen and in real life!

Dannii has done really well on this show and I think the contestant she mentored won last season. She will have plenty of offers I am sure.

This would be the greatest move X Factor has done. Now she just has to be dumped off Australia’s Got Talent!
I’ve never seen UK X-Factor, but i’m sure Danni would have been great. It’s a pity she’s not on Aus X factor.
I love the way all these talent shows are so often obsessed with the judges rather than the ‘talent’! Says it all really.
Well this plain sucks. The British X Factor was amazing with these judges and now bar Louis have left it just feels all wrong. I bet if Seven knew she wasn’t doing the UK version of X Factor that they would have given her the Australian gig in a heartbeat. Anyway.

No huge shock here, it was widely thought the only reason she wasn’t sacked last year is because she was pregnant and Simon Cowell was worried about how the masses would react to him sacking a pregnant woman. She’s had a good run of the show though.
