The closing date for applications is 5PM, 16 September 2011 (EST)

  1. Note to casting director(s); we don’t want people with dramas, or token (insert minorities here), or airheaded-but-goodlooking people.

We want people who can cook, passionate about cooking and want to be seriously taken as a cook/chef regardless of who they are, what they are and which relatives have passed away.

Go back to what you have in S1 with quality cooks and we’ll get along just fine.

If you insist on thrusting incompetent cook to win and sell stuff (kleenex maybe??) we insist on changing the channel.

  2. Wonder if the requirements are to BYO tears 😀
More varied cooking skills should be a requirement, the contestants from Season 3 would have been wiped out in season 1 & 2.
