Seven will return World’s Strictest Parents in August for its third season.
Based on a UK reality format, it is presented once again by Axle Whitehead. Each episode sees two Aussie teenagers placed with a family overseas and forced to live under a new regime that attempys to instil some values in them.
This season will include families in India, South Africa, Sweden, Trinidad, the USA and New Zealand.
They’re out of their comfort zone and miles from home, without the support of family and friends.
No swearing, no smoking, no drugs, no wild parties and early curfews test the teens during their seven-day stay.
Back in Australia, our Aussie parents are desperate to find out if seven days of tough love can change their children for the better.

Thank gawd Axle has stopped making records that sound like Maroon 5.
@philm Last year when The X Factor started on Channel Seven, it ran for a week, so I’m assuming it will run for a week again once that comes back.
Also, I reckon Cornelia Frances would do a fantastic job hosting this show. As for the reunion with the teens, they should produce that show at the end of the series, just like they did when they caught up with the contestants at the end of The Mole.
I enjoy this show. Alhtough I htink some families are a bit over the top with there strictness but I guess thats why they get picked to have these kids.
I want them to do a show special where they catch up with past teenagers that hve been on the show and see if they are still reformed.
I thought that maybe My Kitchen Rules will be taking over the Amazing Race…I read somewhere (here?) that MKR will be starting in a few weeks.
Who says X Factor will premier as a week-long?
This show will probably take over the Monday 8:30pm after The Amazing Race Australia finishes, or Wednesday 7:30pm time slot. But where would it fit when The X Factor premieres week-long later in the month?
