Biggest Loser “White House” at centre of Kyle rental dispute

Update: Kyle Sandilands says The Biggest Loser's former mansion had septic issues and Ajay Rochester said there were days when it "stunk."

The “White House” mansion used for multiple seasons of The Biggest Loser is at the centre of a rental dispute between Australia’s Got Talent judge and his former landlord in the Consumer Trading and Tenancy Tribunal in Sydney.

Last October Sandilands moved into the Terrey Hills mansion. It features 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, tennis court, tea house, gym, children’s playground and a home cinema.

The rent is rumoured to cost more than $20,000 a week. But last week the keys were returned 10 months into an 18 month lease.

The Biggest Loser filmed three seasons at the property before a resident complaint about noise, traffic and loss of privacy led to it finding a new home at the former School of Artillery at the North Head Sanctuary.

Kyle Sandilands is currently living in Los Angeles.

Both sides are due in the Consumer Trading and Tenancy Tribunal on Monday.

Update: Sandilands has confirmed there were issues with the septic system not being fixed for an extended period which is why he stopped paying rent. Former Biggest Loser host Ajay Rochester has backed up his claim saying there were days when the property stunk and filming couldn’t continue.
