Jess (Jess Harris) and Josh (Josh Schmidt) are best friends, housemates and twentysomething. While their friends finish uni degrees, climb the corporate ladder and settle down, Jess and Josh live for the weekend. Then comes unemployment, eviction and dodging the dreaded question, “So what are you going to do with your lives?” Becoming their own bosses, they set out in search of the big break. Is it an erotic house cleaning service? Guided tours showing backpackers Melbourne in a new light? An elite babysitters’ agency? Bounty hunting for lost dogs? This hilarious and at times moving six‐part comedy series will leave you smiling and wondering where these two have been hiding until now. The series also stars Hamish Blake (Hamish and Andy’s Gap Year) as Billy, Jess’ on again/off again ex‐boyfriend; Simon Russell (Thank God You’re Here) as Nick, Josh’s older and more successful brother; and Leah de Niese (Offspring) as Abby, the back‐up friend.

This show is outstanding, anyone who doesn’t like it is likely to have led an exceedingly boring 20s.
I love this show, I hope a second series is made. It isn’t for everyone, but it will definitely appeal to the twenty somethings out there! Jess is fantastic as an over the top housemate, balanced by the more cautious Josh.
Hope to see more of this fantastic show.
Pretty decent and good for a laugh although the Josh guy really can’t act
Disappointing. Jess is annoying and Josh is stupid (but not in an endearing way). Why did this even make get produced? Only funny moments offered by Hamish Blake.
Jess Harris is very impressive but that’s about all it’s got going for it, unfortunately. The humour is too gentle to elicit much more than a smirk while a good comedy needs the occasional belly laugh.
Just watched it. Very funny and clever show. It probably isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I loved it!
What a Well written and witty show. Prefect for all the those in there 20’s, as the tittle suggest! even a better move from ABC to put in on iview first. Although I mostly only watch ABC from iview now and no longer tune in when shows are scheduled to be screened.
