Former Survivor players Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca will compete in Season 19 of The Amazing Race.

The pair will follow in the footsteps of Survivor’s Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich who previously competed.

For the first time in the show’s history, racers will visit Belgium, Denmark, Indonesia and Malawi.

Among this year’s competitors are former NFL player, Olympic snowboarders, and a round-the-globe teen sailor (and no, it’s not Jessica Watson).

So Ethan & Jenna have spent their million dollars each? As much as I like them (Ethan more than Jenna), having already won two million dollars should mean that they don’t get another shot at even more money. I feel the same about any previous winners from Amazing Race or Survivor who get another go – seems unfair to the others who don’t get chosen to compete again, and the people who they are competing against.

Cool cant wait one of my fave shows for sure. I think Fasttracking would work as it can play on 73 even if it is on-ratings

    Come on Seven … fasttrack!

Olympians…record holders…reallity tv stars…geez it would be nice if they cast a few more teams that actually need the $1m first prize rather than people who are already over-achievers.

Yeah! Hope it is fastracked, but Beauty & the Geek is coming soon and that aired well on Thurs @ 8:30. Not sure if TAR will be fast tracked and when it would air…

@ Anthony You could hope the 2nd TAR Oz will have a young gay couple for you, but they could choose lesbians…

The usual stereotypes. Time to change the formula.
Mind you i love Ethan and will happily watch with someone I know who doesn’t wait for it to be on TV!

Glad to see Ethan is fit enough to take on the Race after his health problems.

I like that there’s a gay couple almost every season now ;-) But where are all the ones around my age?!

i hope there’s no pine mountain/stone mountain feudin’ and fussin’ between the two georgia teams

  14. deedeedragons September 1, 2011 at 1:17 pm -

Why? TAR is a show that doesn’t need stunt casting.

Really looking forward to this season. Looks like a great cast. I hope that they’ll fast track it and leaved it on at the same time and day. Unlike last season.
