The likelihood of Donald Trump appearing on Celebrity Apprentice during his Aussie visit seems to be slipping away.
As revealed by TV Tonight, FremantleMedia had been hoping to land a cameo appearance by the Trump for the Channel Nine series, which began filming yesterday. He is here for speaking engagements at the National Achiever’s Congress in Sydney and Melbourne -and charging a hefty fee in the process.
But the Daily Telegraph reports his whistelstop will cram in the engagements with golf before flying straight back to the US.
“Nine made the approach but were basically told he won’t have the time,” said a network insider.
Maybe they should lure Jennifer Hawkins to be part of a challenge. If anybody can make him change his itinerary, it’s his favourite Miss Universe winner.

Every year or so, 9 trot out the carbon copy of an OS reality show and it fails. The list of “celebrities” for Apprentice is dull and to be expected. Who gives the green light to produce this rubbish when we all know it will be added to the increasing pile of ratings rejects that have failed 9 before.
i dont think many viewers will watch it at all nine be brave try something differant dont be like sheep u cant get any worse

Probably not a good idea. He might ask Deni Hines for her birth certificate. Although I would love to see Donald Trump and Warwick Capper in the same room. That would be funny.
I don’t think too many viewers would be disappointed that Trump won’t be making an appearance. I for one cannot stand the man and wouldn’t have watched any episode that he was to feature in.
