Reality contestant in court

A former contestant from Seven's Make Me A Supermodel series faces court on alleged drugs and firearms offences.

Another former Reality TV contestant has landed in court, this time a model from Seven’s Make Me A Supermodel series.

The NT News reports 20 year old Sara Longman, who made it to the top 7 of the 2008 show, has faced court in Darwin after being charged with drugs and firearms offences.

Last week she was charged with allegedly having methamphetamine and cannabis and possessing shot gun cartridges, bullets and a cross bow. Her co-offender Kallym Hussain Shah, 34, was also charged over the alleged offences.

Longman will fight the charges in Darwin Magistrates Court next month.

When she was just 17 years old, Longman made a stand by refusing to model semi-naked in a shoot at Federation Square for the Reality series.

In January Make Me a Supermodel winner Rhys Ulrich apologised after a penalty notice for being drunk in a public place.
